Insane to me the lack of customer service and care. I have a lot of respect for pharmacists. And I can understand how it’s not easy to work with people that can be demanding when they are in pain themselves. But to be full out rude when you are just trying to get your prescription filled. Then be rude to the Doctor, who calls on your behalf to also try to get a prescription filled…. I would say find any other pharmacy but this one and the one on Lake Mead in Buffalo must share an ethos for customer disdain.

Cheryl was very rude to me and both of the elderly people in front of me in line, talking to one of them like they were a child when it aas clear he was struggling to explain what he needed, and rolling her eyes at him when he said he couldnt afford one of the meds he was picking up. She also made snide comments to the sweet woman after him about how she LOST her prescription, and spent ages looking for it while the line spilled down the aisle.
