Rude on the phone and if they don’t want to deal with your query they just keep putting you on “hold” until you give up after being on hold for so long.
I had a very disappointing experience at this CVS Pharmacy. My boyfriend came in to pick up medication while sick with the flu, and he had difficulty locating one of the prescriptions on the shelves. When he asked for assistance, the staff member Sheila responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, mentioning overtime instead of helping resolve the issue. My mom urgently needed her medication filled and I find it very alarming that I had to wait a whole day for it to be ready because the prescription was initially not read properly. After 1.5 hours of being told to sit down and waited to be called, I was then told that they needed to get in contact with the doctor for clarification on dosage. This is one of the slowest and messiest pharmacy experiences one can have. I really wish this was a nicer experience because we live close and it’s 24 hours. But after coming here for the last year I can safely say the wait time is always long and often basic Rx’s that were filled days ago still aren’t filled. I’ve even had notifications to pick up my Rx only to wait 40 min in line and find out they haven’t actually filled it yet (I’m well within the deadline to pickup too so it’s not like it was accidentally put back after ... read more
Nice place to pickup medications but I noticed people stealing there a lot. One time a lady had a breakdown there as started assaulting the cashier. Police was called later.
