I just started with walgreens this year because of my new insurance. They have been the worst bunch of people to get prescriptions filled. It took a week to get my first prescription transferred from another pharmacy. Now I got a new prescription and have waited over two weeks. They told me to call around myself to try and find it myself. This walgreens is not customer friendly at all.
Furious, I had rx sent too my pharmacy at 9am. I had two already completed ready for pick up . It was 12 I called spoke too a pharmacist asked When they be ready he deliberately said at 130 to 2. Knowing they closed then for lunch . He yelled at me said there 300 Rx before me and you dont just through them in a bottle . You have too put lable on it ,run through insurance. No one acknowledges your phone call! Prescription delayed then text it’s cancelled!!!! WTAH???? Do better! There are other pharmacies. Three months in arow of this nonsense. Not happy!! If I could give 0 that would be my rating.
The pharmacy line is forever looooonnnnggggggg.
