DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. I made the unfortunate decision to use this pharmacy since I just moved down here. The gentleman is extremely rude and hung up on me two different times. I couldn’t understand what he had asked and he spoke to me like I was stupid. They do not answer their phones in a timely manner. 10+ minute wait times. Please save yourself the time and go ANYWHERE else. I’ve been trying to get my medication for days and they are more than unhelpful.
So I came in to grab medicine and the pharmacist tells us that it’s gonna take around 30 minutes for my prescription to be ready. So we decided to come to the photo center and two employees come to the area talking amongst themselves and don’t greet us. Then they walk away still not acknowledging me and my mother. I just started with walgreens this year because of my new insurance. They have been the worst bunch of people to get prescriptions filled. It took a week to get my first prescription transferred from another pharmacy. Now I got a new prescription and have waited over two weeks. They told me to call around myself to try and find it myself. This walgreens is not customer friendly at all.
Furious, I had rx sent too my pharmacy at 9am. I had two already completed ready for pick up . It was 12 I called spoke too a pharmacist asked When they be ready he deliberately said at 130 to 2. Knowing they closed then for lunch . He yelled at me said there 300 Rx before me and you dont just through them in a bottle . You have too put lable on it ,run through insurance.
