Pésimo servicio !
I honestly don't think Walgreens cares judging by the already horrible rating, but if anyone needs to invest in more staff it is walgreens. I absolutely deplore needing to pick up medicine for my elderly family, because they refuse to switch pharmacies, and this sad pharmacy just happens to be the one they've always used. Since switching from Super Ones Pharmacy to Walgreens, this pharmacy has gone downhill. They never have the medications ready, some of the representatives are very rude, and when you call, just know that you will be on hold for 30 minutes or more, and then the line will disconnect and you will have to call back, just to hold for another 30 minutes, and for someone to answer with rudeness, as if you’ve ruined their day by calling.
