Always an issue, never receive status or notifications of prescription. NEED TO DO BETTER!!
Terrible service, disrespectful personnel (pharmacy staff) I do not recommend it
Worst pharmacy ever. Don't expect any sort of customer service or prompt filling of prescriptions. Regularly waiting days for prescriptions to fill and they don't care if you are out, in pain or sick as a dog. Every time I go in they're always laughing and eating behind the counter. I have to use Walgreens due to my works health insurance but I'm about to start going elsewhere and eating the cost for the prescriptions
Lemturner rd. near Dunn ave drive through use to be the best, don't know what happened. Bad service now!
Forget about customer service, prompt service in the pharmacy or anyone smiling. I even spoke to the manager and called corporate to register my disappointment and realized that it's not the same Walgreens of the past, that I worked at. There was a 49 minute wait, to get to the drive-thru window, only to learn my prescription wasn't ready, AFTER, recieving a text message that it WAS ready for pickup.
