"Pam the pharmacist" is the most egotistical nonprofessional I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After the incompetent staff at the drive through somehow made my prescription disappear from the system instead of transferring it to a closer Walgreens, I was transferred to Pam who was completely unprofessional and set out to belittle me from the start.
