Jonathan is an amazing pharmacy technician! He was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He took the time to answer my questions and made everything easy and smooth. I have always had a long wait to pick up a medication. I also hate that they dispense medications in a plastic bag instead of paper like other pharmacies. If it were t for the shortage of progesterone I would go back to CVS where I never had a wait because they always had enough staff..
I called today (service date: July 21, 2026), and my experience with the pharmacist was extremely disappointing. The pharmacist was rude, unprofessional, and behaved in a way that I found completely unethical. From the moment the phone was answered, the attitude was dismissive and discourteous, making it difficult to ask even simple questions. They were already swamped with other customers and orders to fill, but they went out of their way to help us and did so with grace and diligence and got us moving on our way in no time.
