Jennifer P. and Jessie I. worked so hard to make sure my partner didn’t have to pay an insane amount of money for his two prescriptions. They were already swamped with other customers and orders to fill, but they went out of their way to help us and did so with grace and diligence and got us moving on our way in no time. All of the reviews are spot on. I suggest anyone with similar experiences report to corporate and the BBB. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and rude. Two weeks ago, I was told my medication was on backorder and that they receive orders on Mondays, and to call back the next day. This was on a Tuesday. I have given this pharmacy every chance. The pharmacists are incredibly rude and don’t seem to understand what is going on. I try to call and refill a prescription and I wait on hold for 30-90 minutes just to get hung up on before getting through. You go in person and the waits are even longer. People depend on life saving medication and they could not care less.
The staff are incredibly rude and slow! They are just awful, they won't even look up to acknowledge you're there and I avoid them like all hell! I'm 1 minutes away from them, but choose to drive 15 minutes away just to avoid them if there is any way I can help it.
Wow, almost shocking how terrible this pharmacy is. Expect to spend minimum 30-45 minutes waiting each time you need to pick up a prescription. The scene here is always chaotic and the pharmacists regularly present as confused. Yesterday I went to pick up a medication for my son that his doctor sent over two weeks ago.
