Scam alert: sign by the register clearly stating they provide FREE flu shots, went in for a vaccine, they said they were trying to charge my insurance Tricare, when I told them I no longer had insurance, they said I had to PAY THEM in CASH in order to receive my "FREE" vaccine because I still had my old insurance on file. Sounds like a big scam to me, I wouldn't be surprised if Walgreens is found to have abused insurance claims and getting money from patients on top of that at all.
