I would rather go somewhere else
Service is good, they're just incredibly busy almost every single day. If you decide to call the pharmacy, from my experience I'm on hold about 80% of the time for at least 5-10 minutes.
I arrived before the pharmacy closed with my infant for his prescription. After spending 3 hours at urgent care, I arrive to pharmacy to get his prescription and was told they would not fill it because they close in 10 minutes. Conventional wisdom on customer service says that you should attend to those who get there before close. Very disappointed with the staff member who turned me away with a sick infant. Be a better human.
