Held for at least an hour yesterday and never got to talk to anyone about a prescription that should have been filled but was messaged that it couldn't be right now. I'm trying to ask them why because there's only 2 weeks of pills left. They refilled 2 prescriptions a few days ago that had more than that left. Very inconsistent! If wish I could give minus stars. My mom has shopped at this Brookshires 30 plus years, it was my first job, and Brookshires is a staple in this community. Every other Walgreens in Tyler provides excellent customer service, they go above and beyond to make sure your medicines are ready in a timely manner and approach each person, even difficult people, with kindness. They are absolutely horrible at this pharmacy. Ruby is beyond rude when she speaks to people and doesn’t like to help anybody. She really needs a new job as this one does not suit her. They always take forever to fill prescriptions and I’ve had many that are just rude. No one should go to this pharmacy!
I am truly disappointed in the pharmacy that I have used for the last couple of decades. Recently, I had a prescription to fill and when I went to pick up they stated that the Doctor needed to authorize it. So, I had my doctor authorize the prescription again and I went a total of 3 times and every time I would go, they would say it would be about 15 minutes for the prescription to be ready.
