I have severe panic attacks. I pick up anti-anxiety medication refills as soon as filled. This month my emotional support dobie died in my arms..10-yrs old. Through devastation so bad I wanted to die; Walgreens totally screwed up. I p/u my meds day it’s filled..Walgreens put wrongdate on my rx bottle during the worst time of my life…made me wait 45-days, not30-days. Nasty to customers! Take days or even weeks to fill prescrions. Front end staff take it upon themselves to lecture customers as they vengefully cause problems if you dare to ask questions. PURPOSELY EMBARRASSING CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF OTHERS! Manager takes zero action to aid customers who go without prescriptions indefinitely!

We have used this pharmacy for years, but in the past year, they are out of the medication more often than not. A week ago, I needed an antibiotic and it was the 4th day after ordering that they had it for me. Also recently, 2 of 3 meds needed to be ordered. We use pretty common meds, which other pharmacies have routinely stocked. This pharmacy has a problem with keeping up inventory that is unacceptable and can negatively affect recovery times.

I am in the Villages for 2 months. I called the Walgreens on Bella Cruz today and the woman who helped me was incredibly helpful transferring my prescriptions from up north, to the Villages. In addition, I changed my prescription drug plan in Dec., and she was able to pull the new drug plan and my Medicare info up on her computer. I called at 3:30 and she told me I could pick my prescription up THIS afternoon! This lady was unnecessarily rude. Wouldn’t even let me talk. Cut me off and was extremely hyper entitled. I can’t even believe that they let her work there with the way she treats people.
