Recommend finding a pharmacy other than Walgreens on Silvernail (Walgreens in general). I’ve requested medications I’ve taken for years to be refilled and they cancel out the request without notifying you. You think they are working on it and they aren’t creating more time for the patient not having their medication. Also, recently had a new prescription to try. Everyone is friendly and very helpful... with prescriptions other purchases as well. ☺️
I’ve had soooo many issues with them. 1, having to pay for prescriptions I’ve never had to pay for before. 2, Told them to leave a note on my account or whatever to only get the name brand of this one prescription because the offbrand doesn’t work and still Received the offbrand. 3, they just lost me apparently and they can’t find any of my prescriptions. Finally switching pharmacies. Good riddance.
Terrible customer service! I called to check to see if they had one of my meds in stock because the Walgreens I usually go to said they had it. The pharmacy technician without any hesitation said that she knew for sure there wasn’t anything in the refrigerator. So I questioned her and explained that my Walgreens checked and could see that you had it in stock. Have had numerous issues with pickup days for prescriptions. I had until today to pickup a prescription. Went to get it today, and it's put back already and found out it was done this morning. Not sure why I'm told i have until a date and actually don't. It's annoying to be told one thing and do another. Also had them issue auto renew prescriptions early, also causing my prescriptions to pile up at home, another reason I have to pick them up later in the pickup period.
