And again the pharmacy is closed and when They are open they don’t greet you. And when there are 5 people working and make you wait, that’s ridiculous.
They NEVER have your script ready and are constantly waiting for simple insurance issues that should have been handled prior to arrival for pick up. App is terrible! Tells you it's ready when it's not!!! Beware!
Don’t bother coming to this Walgreens unless you enjoy wasting your time. My prescription was sent over at 1 PM, and when I showed up at 4 PM, they had the audacity to lie and claim they just received it. Then, they told me it would take another 45 minutes to an hour to get it ready. I’ve been to other Walgreens locations, and they’re fine, but this one is by far the worst and the slowest. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
I think the rude lady in pharmacy should be put on depression medication! Don't take your depression out on us customer's
The pharmacy department is terrible, no clue what’s going on, slow and they’re rude!!! Have had so many problems with my prescription… CVS is 100% better, too bad they’re not in my network for insurance.
