This pharmacy is going to kill someone from their absolute negligence. They tell a diabetic that they won’t have insulin for up to 3 days and WONT transfer to another pharmacy. They are late, always with their refills. The pharmacist is an absolutely rude human. They will not talk to the doctors for you. They ask you to call them when it is their job to do so. I came here two days in a row for photo orders. I needed the orders to come out in a specific way, and I printed them as such. The first day, they did not come out correctly, the second day they did. I know that the error wasn't mine because I sent the exact same order to CVS on Day 1 and CVS day 1 order matches Walgreens Day 2 order. I'm not entirely sure how this could be messed up, if the printer needed to be recalibrated or if the paper was improperly loaded... TOTALLY INCOMPETANT!!!! I had an RX they told me they were out of stock on. Three weeks later I asked whats the problem, oh, the Dr hasn't responded yet, which is a lie, the Dr is who talked me into talking this med, and who sent them the auth in the first place. And his office is ultra efficient even to the point of being OCD. Then the next excuse is insurance. A friend just got the same med NEXT DAY from Publix. Every single time I come to this pharmacy there is always 10+ people waiting inside and outside. It’s ridiculous. There’s about 6 people inside working and they seem to just be hanging around. I have worked in a pharmacy for 2 years before and never had a line of over 3 people. They also NEVER give me the right prescription then expect me to pay the $60 for it when I go to pick up the right one because they couldn’t do it right the first time.
