Manager on shift was abrupt and unfriendly.. the product on the shelf I needed to but had expired Jan 2025 and was last one. So I asked if I could buy the comparable non expired brand name product at the same price. Her reply was unapologetically no. No social graces or a smile or willingness to offer a solution. Will not shop walgreens again while in the usa
This is the worst pharmacy I ever been to. Its amazing how they managed to get the most incompetent staff in the world in one place. This is kind of a labor that AI must replace.
Never come here. This pharmacy charged me for my prescription for the second time, even though I have full Medicaid coverage. When I asked why, the staff was dismissive and didn’t help at all. It seems they routinely overcharge insured patients. I’m filing a complaint with Medicaid. Avoid this place
Very incompetent staff. They were having problem with my insurance and asking me to pay $97 for a prescription. I asked my doctor to send the same prescription to CVS instead, and they charged me $0.00. Sometimes, you have to wait for a long time just to pickup your prescription. Switching to CVS now.
