Went to pick up a time sensitive prescription before work and pharmacy was still closed at 9:15 AM! Posted hours say they open at 9. Went in to see what was going on and the manager seemed very flustered and said everyone is late! How is a whole team late? She said it will be an hour wait. Had to leave and now I won't have my medication for the day! This store has continuously gone downhill.
You always have to wait an obnoxious amount of time to get your prescription no matter what time of day.
Manager on shift was abrupt and unfriendly.. the product on the shelf I needed to but had expired Jan 2025 and was last one. So I asked if I could buy the comparable non expired brand name product at the same price. Her reply was unapologetically no. No social graces or a smile or willingness to offer a solution. Will not shop walgreens again while in the usa
This is the worst pharmacy I ever been to. Its amazing how they managed to get the most incompetent staff in the world in one place. This is kind of a labor that AI must replace.
