I was really disappointed with my recent visit to this Walgreens. The staff were not friendly at all, and the customer service was lacking. What was even more frustrating is that a minor issue I had took nearly 20 minutes to resolve—far longer than it should have. To top it off, as soon as I left, they locked the doors behind me, even though it was still 10 minutes before closing time. Overall, I expected a much better experience, and sadly, I won't be returning to this location.
Casual assistance at best paired with nonexistent customer service. Also; who closes a pharmacy mid day? I’m sticking with Gate City Parmacy in Friendly Center.
Northline is closest to us, but we have had so many issues with them not having the meds we need, and needing to wait several days. However one day the tech was really helpful in getting us a huge discount when our insurance wouldn't pay, so this one act made up for everything else.
