Should teach the pharmacy agents to check medication stock before letting ppl know that they can fill the order. I did go to the wrong location by accident and could've went to the correct location before closing but trusted what she said when she told me that it could be filled at that location.
The customer service at this Walgreens pharmacy is pathetic. I get that working with the public isn’t the easiest or most gratifying job, but we’re just trying to get our medications despite all the hoops the insurance companies throw at us. You don’t need to be another barrier. Tonight, the tech didn’t even ask if my husband wanted the card on file to be charged— she just did it. And it’s not like it was a $2 prescription; it was a $122 prescription.
I patiently waited in line at the pharmacy for 20 minutes. When I finally got the counter, it was 1 minute past closing time so the workers closed the shutter in my face and left without an explanation. Very poor service from a company that is supposedly exists to care for people.
You CLOSE the pharmacy with NO warning to your customers and NO information on when it will reopen. Wow!!!
