Horrible customer service. They're open till 10:00 p.m. our doctor called in the prescription before 9pm. Got to the pharmacy a little after 930pm and they said they stop processing at 9:30 p.m. there is nobody in line in front of me or waiting and they couldn't push it through Even though it was called in before 9:00

Got my yellow fever vaccination here. Quick and painless and the pharmacists were very nice.
Should teach the pharmacy agents to check medication stock before letting ppl know that they can fill the order. I did go to the wrong location by accident and could've went to the correct location before closing but trusted what she said when she told me that it could be filled at that location.
The customer service at this Walgreens pharmacy is pathetic. I get that working with the public isn’t the easiest or most gratifying job, but we’re just trying to get our medications despite all the hoops the insurance companies throw at us. You don’t need to be another barrier. Tonight, the tech didn’t even ask if my husband wanted the card on file to be charged— she just did it. And it’s not like it was a $2 prescription; it was a $122 prescription.
