Had a wonderful experience talking with the pharmacist, Alyssa. She answered all of my questions and at no point made me feel rushed. She was friendly and kind throughout the conversation, which I truly appreciated. Her technician, Maya, is also excellent. Great pharmacy!
I went to pick up an IKEA package with a broken wrist. The box was bigger than I expected and I couldn’t carry it with one arm. The place was empty, but none of the employees offered to help me carry it so I had to leave it there. Ikea had to call to have them hold it longer so my fiancé could pick it up for me the next day, which they didn’t do either. What happened to human decency.
they’re never open the hours they say they are. why have set hours if no one is there. absolutely ridiculous

***NO COVID TESTING AT THIS LOCATION!*** I scheduled a PCR/lab test on Walgreens' website. Got a confirmation email. The morning of the test they called to tell me they couldn't perform the test due to staffing and to call an 800 number. The person I spoke with said they can't do anything about it. So I rescheduled on the website for later in the day. Got another confirmation email.
