Poor time management in the pharmacy department.
This pharmacy is the biggest joke. My doctor calls in a refill for my allergy medication in DECEMBER I get the automated text message stating it’s out of stock and will notify me when ready… weeks go by and I finally go up there to see what the status was after not being able to call them due to their phone being off the hook. The tech states they don’t see a refill.. I don't usually write reviews but the treatment i received today at this pharmacy was so horrendous that I have to share my experience. I walked into the pharmacy area and stood in line to pick up a prescription. I was the second person in line with an elderly gentleman ahead of me. I had been patiently waiting for about fifteen minutes while the pharm tech assisted the patron. No problem. The customer get's his medicine and then walks away.
