This place is HORRIBLE with the pharmacy. Long wait times on the phone AND IN PERSON. Having to wait and have my medication split/not having medication in stock/not receiving medication from when my prescriber has sent over the medication. On top of it they send a text saying it's ready when it's NOT making the drive over there and having to wait 20-30 additional minutes.
I do not recommend this location. I was on hold for 40 minutes and when I finally decided to talk to someone in person as I could NOT get ahold of someone, I was treated poorly and the staff was incredible unhelpful.
Sorry Walgreens but after the move over here from Rite Aid I’m breaking up with your pharmacy. I don’t know if it’s you all got too many customer transfers or what but between the phone hang up’s, the cancelled orders, the constant feeling that it’s understaffed and probably one of the ones scheduled to shut down… I really tried to give it a chance. Switched to Amazon Pharmacy online.
