We moved from 2 miles away to about 20 north. I pass 3 other Walgreens on the way. One across from our house. But their staff is not as good. So i try to time it when we are heading that way to go to the Royal Oak Woodward store. Shocked by some other reviews. I can't recall one time i was dissatisfied. Long wait times, often out of stock for numerous medications, staff is unable to give accurate information. They rarely use the text updates or answer the phone so you basically just have to go in and hope your script is ready.
This place is HORRIBLE with the pharmacy. Long wait times on the phone AND IN PERSON. Having to wait and have my medication split/not having medication in stock/not receiving medication from when my prescriber has sent over the medication. On top of it they send a text saying it's ready when it's NOT making the drive over there and having to wait 20-30 additional minutes.
