This pharmacy is always so busy and the parking at this shopping center is usually atrocious. Hit or miss with customer service. It’s better than the CVs on Sharon Amity but they’re lacking in a lot of ways as well.
The lack of communication with this pharmacy is ridiculous. They sent a text saying they received a prescription from my doctor and would start working on it and then radio silent . Called them today and after being on hold FOREVER the staff member is like oh it’s not covered by insurance. I’m like okay , why didn’t anyone reach out to say that ?
