What a nightmare going to this pharmacy was. The pharmacy technician that was checking people out made me do her job and call my insurance and gets a whole bunch of claim numbers and then to find out later after doing all that Walgreens pharmacy had all the correct numbers on my insurance. found out the technician was entering the wrong numbers and she kept making me call my insurance people then she put it on speaker phone that's against HIPAA laws to do that because my identification number was announced to everyone in lin... read more
Ive been to better Walgreen stores in other areas in the past. Their selections and inventory was lacking especially in the supplement and health products. across the board items seemed pricey. Online pricing and availability is different than the store level.
DO NOT FILL PERSCRIPTIONS HERE!!!! They bounced me around between hold and ring tones, with no Explanation for TWENTY MINUTES! I could hear the pharmacist, pick up and physically put me on hold, But again I got no explanation as for why. The pharmacist only answered after I'd been bounced around without explanation for 20 minutes (has happened THREE different times at this location now) I was told by the pharmacist that they are short staffed and patients waiting/being bounced around like that is "very normal".
