Rude pharmacy rep hanging up the call mid conversation. Doesn't propperly look up medication and assume everyone is on medicaid. Consistently got my prescription wrong after I told them what in looking for; saying they dont see anything, when my insurance called them to vfd that they correct med where sent. When i ask another pharmacy to transfer my med they send the WRONG one. I am since Friday a d its bow monday without my diebet8es medication, be ause of this incompetence. Keep giving chances and benefit of the doubt for this pharmacy, but they keep getting worst and worst. This time I’m definitely not coming back to this place. Period. P.S. Don’t bother to call them, was on hold for 40 min to check if my prescription ready, no one answering phone here. Horrible place
I had to go through a lot of hoops to help get a patient’s medication, but the pharmacist Jenny was right there by my side, even calling me when everything was good to go. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you Jenny and am thankful there are people like you behind the counter. Walgreens pharmacy. You have an amazing Pharmacist so on your team.
Closest store to home and they have a little bit of everything
The last time we had to get vaccines here, we made an appointment and they were about 30 minutes late. We resolved, not again. We went back for a second shingles shot. The appointment was at 4 p.m. At 4:35 I asked when we might get service and they said they were short-staffed. At 4:40 we left. A couple of minutes later, as we were getting out of the car at home, they called to ask if we were still there because they were ready now. Short-staffed? OK. I COULD live with that.
