If you call anytime after 5:00 they will hang up in your face until 6:00. They CLOSE at 6:00! They lie, and say the insurance wont allow you to fill and when you call the insurance company, they hadnt even tried to run it through your insurance. This was my last time using them. My health literally is in their hands and they do not care!
This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. The change since it was a Brookshires pharmacy is more dramatic than words can describe. First, it doesn’t show up in tne Walgreens app. Even though Ive been getting my prescriptions filled there for over a year, it still shows the Rieck road location as “my” Walgreens. I use the Walgreens inside Brookshire's. I never have to wait very long, and it is more convenient than the 24-hour store down the road. The only downside is that it closes at 6 p.m. but understandable since it is inside the store.
Closed on the weekends?! This place has done nothing but go downhill since the switch to Walgreens. Changing pharmacies immediately
