I am taking time to write a review and giving it 5 stars because of William! I was having trouble getting a medication due to processing issues with WC insurance. William went above and beyond by not only helping me when his lunch break had already started (I overhead from other staff), he also made multiple phone calls to follow up and make sure it got processed. Always friendly. Always helpful. The best pharmacy around!
I’d give them a zero if I could. Seem to always take days to get a prescription filled as they are always out of stock. They don’t get back to you for hours after a prescription is sent over. Seems they should send the prescription to another pharmacy if they are not able to fill it. This is a reoccurring issue with this pharmacy.
