Excellent service
Trying to pick up a prescription and am told 15-20 minutes.?When I check with the clerk after 25 minutes I am told the previous clerk never notified the pharmacist and now I can wait up to an hour. Not sure why they are filling scripts that people are not here for and making walk in people wait so long Def need a better system, I don’t care how busy they are
Updated review 12/25: The wait times are absolutely unacceptable since they bought out Rite Aid. Routine Rx refills regularly take 7-10 days. Hold time on the phone is an hour plus. There are good and kind people who work here and this is not a reflection on them, but Walgreens corporate royally screwed up. Go to the Parkway Drugs across the street.
