Consistently somw of the absolute longest wait times for anything. The staff is as helpful as they can be. However, they seem to be extremely understaffed and poorly managed. The stress weighing on the employees is clear with how they approach any issues.

Disconnect between pharmacy and system stating meds are ready for pick up, refills sent to incorrect Dr.s, "always" out of stock, meds off truck will be held for you, staff lack accountability, staff always hand the phone off to someone else when there is an issue, staff lie about whether a person was working even when you can describe the person and time you were in, staff lie and say no one works here that looks like that. I have been a long-time customer, but unfortunately I will not be spending another dollar here. The pharmacy is clearly understaffed, and as a result, wait times to pick up prescriptions have become excessive. Prescription fill times are frequently delayed and unreliable. This is disappointing, as the in-store staff have consistently been polite and helpful, and they are not the issue.
