Absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. They sent a message to my mother that her prescriptions were filled and ready. She has to drive 90 miles one way to get to the pharmacy. Upon arriving, they informed her that one of her prescriptions wasn’t filled yet, and that they didn’t have time to complete it, despite not closing for another hour. We have a 5month old with RSV they were diagnosed late Saturday so we chose this pharmacy we normally use Spring Hill but they aren’t open Sunday. Sunday my husband goes by at 11 they say it’s not ready and we will get a text when it is and then walked away so he couldn’t ask anything else. We finally get a text at 3 it is all ready. We get there and they say 2 things aren’t covered do we still want them we said yes. Then they tell me the instructions are wrong on one and so they are going to have to call and get them fixed.... read more

I was at walgreens Pharmacy, Gilmer Rd and Loop 281, Sunday around 2 p.m. I had come from medical clinic with walking pneumonia. They worked so hard getting things together as promped tly as they could and were caring to me the whole time. I needed each one of those sweet people today. I even feel better and havent gotten home to start my meds yet. Smile. Ty to this whole pharmacy staff for you professional and caring character today. I needed each of you. GOD bless
