Every time they’re missing something. I had my sister get my script for Christmas and they missed an entire prescription. When I called in they’re like “we’ll fill it right now”. I don’t know why it wasn’t filled a week ago. I called in to make sure everything was being filled. Bob was horrendous. Giving me attitude when I call in to make sure everything is handled and these people can’t put pills in bottles correctly
I have been using this pharmacy for the last five years. They communicate, they try to helpa as much as they can, given the huge work load and drug shortages everywhere. I fill meds for 6 people and go in this store 4 tines a week at least. I've had my lapses of insurance and financial hardships but they have always helped me. They have called several other stores for my child's medications when they could see i was at my wits end. There is no judgement, there is no bias.
