Jean the pharmacist is very friendly and goes out of his way to get my insulin, and other medications. I really appreciate it.
They never, NEVER, have any of my medicines on stock. There is always a delay, or they do a partial refill and make me come back again, or some sort of issue where I have to wait longer. When they do refill my medicine it is the wrong medication. Today I just spent two hours trying to get my medicine. I just changed pharmacies today and will not be coming back to them. I’ve never had this many issues with a Walgreens before. Avoid this location!!
This is not a review of this pharmacy persay, but the Walgreens pharmacy system at large, which as far as I can see has completely lost the thread with itself. I've tried using their app to refill prescriptions- no notification of fulfillment ever comes. The pharmacy had no record. I do it over the phone, go in when the machine lady told me to. Not only do they have no record of the call, they have not prescriptions to fill for me at all- that's not what the robot said. What's going on? People rely on these systems and they'... read more
