Absolute garbage pharmacy. Every Walgreens is filthy. They're short-staffed and underpaid. It's not the employees fault. Walgreens is a greedy corporation.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I sat at the drive thru for 25 mins, I couldn’t back out because there were cars behind me, when I got up to the window, no acknowledgement we were sitting there, the pharmacist looked at us, and the people inside were waited on while we sat there. The customer service at this Walgreens is terrible. I have transferred my prescriptions to a different Walgreens.
I truly appreciate everyone at this pharmacy. I've been going to this location for a few years now to fill prescriptions and get vaccines. I've always have a good experience and interaction with the pharmacy team and they've been very helpful with some complication insurance issues.
Very appreciative of this pharmacy’s senior tech, Galen. He helped me get my insulin for an affordable price after the price changed with the new year. Was very patient, went above and beyond, was as efficient as the insurance would let him be. He spent a lot of time calmly working with the insurance and discount cards even when the pharmacy was incredibly busy. Ended up getting the prescription cost down, very thankful for him.
