Horrible pharmacy. I’ve never reviewed a pharmacy before but this one is so consistently bad that I felt the need. They REGULARLY close super early. I’m talking closed at 4PM when their hours online and in store both say 8PM. This is not an issue with updating their hours either, the staff just leaves sometimes and closes early. I literally don’t know how they get away with it.
Very poor costumer service
Rudest staff. No customer service what so ever. Go in looking for a product that says in stock online. I ask the gentleman at the counter where the product is. Points me to another area of the store. I have to ask lady stocking shelves where the product is. (It's in 3 different locations at the same store). She does take me over to the product, however the two flavors I want are not on the shelves. I stated "it says you have this product in stock". She's like "yeah well people steal". Martha is an excellent, caring and knowledgeable pharmacist. I have always been impressed by the way she is able to assist me, as well as pharmacy technicians Sarah and Sam. Thank you again, folks!
