Refused to fill a long-term prescription I’ve been on for nearly 10 years with no clear or consistent explanation. Extremely frustrating, unhelpful staff, and zero concern for patient care. Would not recommend relying on Walgreens for essential medications.
This is my first experience at Walgreens getting a prescription because Rite Aid had closed. The staff the cashiers the people working in the pharmaceutical department were all cordial and sweet and obliging. I will be going back there again. I'm very satisfied with the care that was given to me.
