⭐ If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Trying to reach this Walgreens Pharmacy by phone is beyond frustrating. They pick up and say, “I’ll be with you in a minute,” then place you on hold. The phone will ring again you will hear them pick up and put you back on hold without saying a word. After about 20 minutes of holding, a recording comes on saying they’re busy, call back... and then the call disconnects. Medication needed to be transferred from another pharmacy to Walgreens. Walgreens said they would contact the other pharmacy for the transfer. Was told would take up to two days. Two days later I call back to confirm if the order is ready, 30 minute hold time. Walgreens never initiated the transfer. Life saving medication. No sympathy or apology given by Walgreens, no explanation as to what happened. They said they would address it that day, and I had to wait another two days. In this day and age it is so rare to find people who care for others… including when it’s their job to do so. Sadly, this is even true when it comes to health care matters. This is why I had to make it a point to come sing our praises to the amazing, kind, wonderful, and carrying service we just received from Escarly (I believe that was the spelling) in the Walgreens pharmacy. Walgreens pharmacy tech is willing to help me when I am having trouble with my Rx that was held up, due to weather or possibly lost in Transit from a mail order pharmacy. In today's pharmaceutical climate I can't stress enough how much that means to me that they were happy to help when situations like this arrive.
