If I could give this pharmacy a lower rating I would. They do not answer the phone, they close for an afternoon siesta, unresponsive and do not care about their clients. I literally hear them picking up the phone and placing it back on hold with no communication to the client. I use HEB but this prescription was recommended to go through Walgreens for a better price. HECK NO - charge me more, HEB. I am coming back to you because this pharmacy is AWFUL! Cheaper is definitely not better if you can't get your prescription.
I went here to get my medicines. I would say was a pretty decent experience. They just took 10 minutes for the prescription to come in, but overall it was perfect. The people were helpful and the guy the counter was very, very kind. My phone had died and I had to book an Uber and he was the person who helped me he was a Korean guy whose mood was upset because someone was just fighting about something with him, but he dealt with it very nicely, and he also helped me at the same time.
Pharmacist first priority should be the patient. Not happening here.
