If you want to be treated as rudely as possible by the Pharmacists, then by all means, try this location. I have unfortunately been forced to use this location three times when my pharmacy was closed. Each time, the Pharmacists are rude. Today, the one I dealt with...was completely arrogant. And for no reason. I wanted to tell her...honey, you ain’t that smart. But, she was just not worth my time. Lesson learned and will NEVER use this location again. In fact, I am reporting them to the corporate office.

Horrible service seems to.be the only consistent thing about this place. Missed insurance, the wait is always extremely long even if you call in prior. Rude pharmacists and techs. Do not even think about it.
one star service, post millenial twilight zone
Walgreens pharmacy on W Main st really needs to get it together!!! This is the third time I’ve had issues getting medication!! Oh and let’s not forget the woman on the phone that wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence and all but telling me to be quiet when I called to check on my child’s medication bc they sent me a text sayin there was an issue with insurance and nothing else no call no what the problem was no please call us!!!! 😡 I’m a very reasonable and understanding person but I’m done!
If you call in a refill to their automated system they will NOT call you if it won't be ready for some reason. Avoid this pharmacy!
This pharmacy is absolutely terrible. I have recieved multiple calls, text messages, and even voicemail stating that my prescription is ready for pickup. After spending a long time in line waiting (because there is nothing expedient about their drive-thru) to pick it up, I was told it has not been filled yet. Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened at this location, and instead of apologizing for their error, they tell you that you cannot read messages correctly and get an attitude.
