Pharmacist Thursday morning, July 13, 2023, extremely rude, unprofessional, completely unfit for that position. Maybe she's helping herself to the drugs. Done with all Walgreens locations.
My pharmacist was kind of rude to me. I ordered my refill of my prescriptions over the phone a couple of weeks ago and they sent me a message saying that they were ready to be picked up. When I got there the pharmacist told me that my name was not even in the system and then she asked me my birthdate and she put that into the computer and there I was. Then she proceeded to tell me that I had no refills on my prescriptions but yet they called me and told me my refills were ready. she just wasn't nice at all. In the end they w... read more
Note to self, switch to cvs pharmacy. They always tend to screw up my insurance information even though I know that I switched it in the beginning of Aug when I got into an mva and had to pick up meds for dizziness. Now I cant get my meds because your pharmacy department went and put the authorization under my old insurance.... AGAIN. This is the third time that this has happening this yeah. The first two I got stuck paying out of pocket. I'm done. Thank you for nothing.
