I've been in line for about 20 minutes violently coughing waiting for my meds. There are 2 people in front of me. They are extremely slow. I will probably die at least 3 times before I get my medicine. It took them 24 hours just to fill it. I can't stand this place.
This location has awful customer service! Just called on behalf of a family friend who's elderly and seeking Isosource liquid feeding 1.5 and was given zero help by the pharmacy because I was not certain if it was over-the-counter or not. This person tried to transfer me to a general store employee, but the phone continued to ring back to the pharmacy because general store employees were unavailable. This place terrible. I will never use this pharmacy again. If I could give zero stars, I would. I'll be filing a complaint with the customer service department.
5 hours and my daughters prescription still has not been filled, this is pretty sad Walgreens, it's time for some new employee's.
Terrible isn't the word I would use for this review. This Walgreens has given me nothing but trouble. The customer service is worse than Walmart. I will never ever use this Walgreens again!! I do believe "most" of the people that work there in pharmacy should be fired. They put on hold for a good half hour. They hang up on you. I dropped off a prescription two weeks before I needed it and when I went to get it after two weeks of it being there it was not filled. Poor service.
