I want to give a heartfelt THANK YOU to manager Duane Reade and his staff. After a photo card fiasco from another store he and his staff went above and beyond to correct an issue that wasn't even their fault. I could not have wished for any better service and will definitely be using this Walgreens for all my future photo purchases. God bless you!
It's the worst place ever. You can tell that the employees are not happy in the pharmacy nor the store part. Especially during the day time. I have heard managers yelling at their employees while shopping there. The last time I was in there they had one cashier running all over the place. The poor girl looked tired. The pharmacy manger is rude and their customer service is horrible back there. The Pharmacy regularly calls to say prescriptions are ready. When I come to pick them up, they have no record of the refill request. Even if I show them the email or text saying it is ready, they basically shrug their shoulders and say, "I can put a rush on it. It will be 45 minutes or more before the rushed order is ready." They act as if it os my fault.
Great place to shop. The people are friendly and it's a great environment!
Pharmacy will not answer phone. Tried 4 hrs today 3/6/14 only got recording every time I called.
