My wife was not allowed to use the restroom not right at all
It takes hours sometimes day to get your meds i have no choice because of insurance
I absolutely love going here! The staff is always so nice! I primarily go to the drive thru and when the line is long (even just 2+ cars) they are always very apologetic. The men I have dealt with are nicer than the women though. The women are not usually rude, the men are just nicer and more helpful from my experience. Specially the guy with reddish hair and the guy with dark hair and a full beard. Worst place ever!!! They never have enough people in the pharmacy and when they do have people they cannot answer any questions. Their level of communication is non-existent, simply this pharmacy should not be open if you are gonna function at such a poor level.
Assistant Manager argued that only 1 prescription was ready, the one marked hold not the needed antibiotics for my 85 yo mother. Now with the side effects listed and an hour 1/2 drive she won't be taking them until tomorrow. Thanks Walgreens!!!!!
Shawnee Walgreens on Harrison ... You get a message your script is ready, you get their and there's 6 people in line and it takes forever for your turn, hire some damn help if the ones you have can't handle it, and customer service in general is terrible !
Pharmacy is ridiculous say have medicine ready and you don't now have to wait a hour and a half. NEED SOME SERIOUS HELP
Because every person, who just gets out of their surgery bed, and already has an hour ride home just loves to get to sit in their vehicle for over an hour waiting on pills to be put in a bottle and a label affixed to it!!!!!!! As their leg is swelling from not being elevated and is throbbing!!!!!!
