Previously I was with Rite-Aid. My first encounter with Walgreens was very negative. Originally I received information that my records would transfer. They filled a prescription that I was allergic to. I had a family member pick this up for me. When I took the prescription back, I was told that they could not take it back after it leaves the store. Today, I went to pick up an order, and they say they had it but needed to wait for the pharmacist. (Not sure why, I’d think a prescription from a doctor would be adequate for a tech to hand it to you and ring it up). Pharmacist wasn’t available, so I waited 15 minutes or so before leaving. All the time, at least three techs on duty were standing around doing nothing. I’ll try again tomorrow to see if maybe I can get service. This store used to be good, but not so much lately
