I wouldn't even give them one star. Talk about horrible customer service, if you want your prescriptions filled with the correct supply your dr ordered don't go here. Several months in a row they couldn't fill a medication of mine, today I go in and they lost my prescription after it was filled then offer a 12 day supply(that's all they had on hand). They fail to realize this costs more when I don't get the month supply....transferring to another pharmacy. Save your money, time, and patience...don't use this pharmacy!!!!!!
Their pharmacy service is truly the worst! Constant wait on phone, drive-up and in person. A few of the ladies are leaning a bit on the rude side...just say'n. Whatever happened to small town hospitality
I think it sucks when some has 3 years cashier experience for a major grocery chain and they say he's not qualified because he was not trained to what walgreens wants I've seen the dorks the bolivar store has working there and the way look very in professional glad there's better drugstores here in town
I have never been treated so poorly by a pharmacy . The workers are rude and all around just slow. I will be switching pharmacy's. They should learn to appreciate their customers without customers then they would not be open! .
Ridiculous that you can sit in drive thru to wait on a script all the while making others wait instead of going inside! I'm switching immediately
These guys really screwed themselves bigtime! They were willing to throw away several thousands of dollars of business- with an increase in revenue- all in the effort to avoid spending $7.00 to package and send my wife her insulin- they flat out told her to take her business elsewhere- so she went to Stevens; when they were finished taking the order by nearly 4pm; we figured it would be a couple days until we would see the lackage arrive. imagine my surprise when we got the package the next day at 10am- using only regular fi... read more
