Walgreens the company is great. I've been to many different ones across the country and all have practiced the same business model. Unfortunately the one located in Crestview, FL is by far the WORST at everything across the board. SMH - sad this is the only one located in the area😕.

I love shopping at Walgreens but not this particular Walgreens in Crestview. Unfortunately, it is the only one in Crestview. I was treated better at Walgreens in Pensacola and Destin. For this reason, I prefer CVS Crestview nowadays because the customer service personnel greet everyone equally,no matter what their ethnicity is.
Highly recommend the photo lab at this store.... Nothing but a good experience. Jessica could not have been more helpful!!
Do not go to Walgreens. Their customer service is terrible n they cancel your prescriptions
The people in the pharmacy are so rude. They act like they're doing you a favor by giving your medication. If it wasn't for us you'd have no Job! If you don't like dealing with the public you're in the wrong business
