It’s there when we needed it
my son has swimmers ear a very bad case we had a prescription called in on Thursday night I went Friday morning the tech told me they had just gotten an order of the medicine in and it should be ready soon. I went back and was told they needed to order more here we sit Saturday afternoon and still ni medicine for my sons ear. hes six years old and in alot of pain.
Told meds would be ready in an hour, two and a half hours later I'm in pain because my pain medicine still isn't flipping ready. Thanks a alot
Rx faxed to pharmacy at 10AM by Doctor. Visited at 11:30, not ready, wait 20 minutes, not ready, left store. Returned at 5 P M. Waited 30 minutes in line and no Rx. They tried to tell me they never got it fortunately , the young man who looked it up in AM was still there. He admitted he had seen it. This is a 92 year olds RX. Was an hour on hold on the phone to the pharmacy to ask a question. Was Reddick should not had to wait that lon
They are not doing what I asked them to do.
Placed two online orders both of them have been canceled because they ran out of stock. When called they would not honor the order and would not honor giving me the points that were supposed to be towards the order. Don't understand how on the website and item is available and then all of a sudden it is unavailable then they don't even try to rectify the situation
The wait is always long, waited 20+ minutes in the drive thru to just drop off a prescription!
