That person who gave me a shot, presumably a pharmacist, the older, fat, blond one, needs a serious and immediate course on providing customer service. Got my shot, an hour later in the day than the crappy website appointment that I made, which did not get scheduled, wonder why???Something else that’s needs recalibration.
