I had prescriptions sent to the pharmacy ! I pulled up to pick them up and I sat for about five minutes before miracle greeted me and said she be right back! And then I sat some more time because of whatever she was doing ! I ask her to explain what was going on with the prescription and she took a big breath as if she was annoyed that I ask her ???? Have been waiting for a prescription since Monday. I have had to call daily to check on it. It came in today and unfortunately they have still not taken the time to fill it, it’s 7:00 pm. Spoke with the pharmacist and she was about as rude as they come. Was questioning if I realized it was an expensive medication as if maybe I should not get it. What the heck!!! Horrible experience with pharmacy every single time. I will stop getting prescriptions from here and stop shopping here. They take hours to fill a prescription and the people you speak with are from a call center and have no idea when prescriptions will be ready.
I have had horrible experiences with the pharmacy. I ordered my medicine on Saturday and it is Friday and still do not have it. All I get is we are working on it or system is down call back in hour. I got a text saying it would be ready (Friday) and went to get it and not ready still working on it. They were out of it. Then they spoke with pharmacist and they could get me partial at 30.00 but would be hour. This is horrible customer service. I have been waiting 10 hours for a prescription to be filled. was told 30 minutes ago to come back in 10 minutes. and was just told again to come back in half hour or more. I'll be taking my business elsewhere!
