I am visiting family and needed to go to the walk-in clinic. Walgreens was across the street so I had them send my scripts there. I have been sitting here for over half an hour and was just told its going to be another 45 minutes before my scripts are ready. The lady was extremely rude to me when i asked how much longer. I should have taken my business else where. This was the location in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
I really like a few of the people there but more and more they are rude. Just today in Pharmacy drive through the lady was rude and condescending. holding my script in one hand texting on her phone with the other.... I know Pharmacy is understaffed and over worked but put your phone out of sight a d do your job. listen when asked questions. if you don't know the answer ask someone else instead of ignoring the customer
In disbelief at how awful the customer service is every time I go into the store/pharmacy now. Ridiculously long wait at the pharmacy (8 hours seems excessive).
Worse Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Dropped off prescription to be refilled on Sunday afternoon. Called them Monday morning waited 15 minutes to speak with pharmacy. Got disconnected. Called back waited another 10 minutes. Got disconnected. Called them third time waited another 23 minutes. I finally hung up. Decided to just go there. I live 25 minutes away. Got up there and still wasn’t filled. Waited another 40 minutes to get my prescription.
