Customer service is hit or miss....I have no idea why but the girls have been very misleading. But every walgreens always has a problem with a prescription. They are for cities with multiple stores. Business is bad. They cover up how bad they are with their customer service. Keep that in mind....good businesses use customer service as a plus
i was in platteville for some time a while back, and my old pharmacy in another state was very hard to reach for a prescription transfer. the pharmacy staff worked very hard calling and faxing them many times to succesfully get my prescription.
