The drive through pharmacy needs to be for picking up medications or dropping off a script that is it. It is not for problem fixing insurance, medications aren't ready and waiting, or questions about meds ect. One vehicle should not take 23 minutes! If there is an issue tell them to come in, call them, or loop around to the back of the line while the issue is resolved.
Not all Walgreens, just The one in Carlsbad, NM. Pharmacy is awful! Either short staffed or just a bunch of people that don’t care, either way, I’m transferring my scripts ASAP!
I recommend not going to the pharmacy!!!
#1. went to go get a flu shot supported by the VA..Waited almost 45 min.to find out they couldn't get into the system to do it.. #2. the lines to retrieve your medication . under staffed n very very slow.. 3. as far as the store goes..its great
Was seen in urgent care last night after they had closed. Came back from Artesia to pick up my medicine the following morning, and they said they couldn't find my insurance. Really? Everyone else asks for my Hubby's social so they can find the info. And they find it easily. I asked of she could look it up again using it and she said she did. The Walgreens here is a hell hole compared to Walmart.
Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. Do not recommend them AT ALL.
Been trying to get them to transfer my prescriptions for a month and a half and they keep bullshitting. The staff is rude as hell. Especially the big guy. And they take forever to get prescriptions ready. So glad I had to finally quit dealing with this pharmacy
Waited for a call from them, went to pickup scripts. Said it would be at least another hour. Usually friendly, but not worth a damn yesterday. Staff was tired and frustrated.
