I'm so fed up with this Walgreens. The people up front are rude, and the people at the pharmacy hang up on you every time you call
they need more workers. the staff tries their best but they are overwhelmed.
The wait is too long, prescriptions on auto-refill not always ready, added my FSA for express pay at least 2-3 times(hope it's really saved this time) and was almost given the wrong prescription. When you ask questions no one has answers. They don't know, even the manager. They do not value the customer or the customer's time.

Pharmacy is horrible!!!! Always pack with a line!!
When you are in the drive thru it takes entirely too long I was in the line before I came to the front for about 30 to 45 minutes
Pharmacy needs help that's all I am gonna say. Waiting time is unbearable
The absolute worst pharmacy service ever. I have been using this one for years and after my last experience I decided I will move to another pharmacy. Its a shame because I live 5 mins away but I would rather drive to Pearland.
Was here about 2 minutes. Very pleasant experience. Love Walgreens. Use no other.
